Terms and Conditions for www.aquitaz.se
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply between Veritaz Alpha AB (org.nr. 559405-4552), AQTZ AB (org.nr. 559527-8598) or WIESHOP LIMITED (Company number 13812396) – depending on which company handles your order – and you as the customer.

Veritaz Alpha AB is primarily used for B2C (consumer purchases) within Sweden and the EU .

AQTZ AB is primarily used for B2B (business customers) within Sweden and the EU .

WIESHOP LIMITED is used for international events and customers outside the EU .
By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with the company listed on your order confirmation.
These terms and conditions apply only to consumers when purchasing through Veritaz Alpha AB. To purchase as a consumer, you must be over 18 years of age, or have parental consent if you are under 18 years of age and not under guardianship.
Please note: Our products (collectible cards, figurines, etc.) are collector's items intended for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 years of age. The products are not CE-marked as toys.
2. Prices and product information
All prices are in SEK, including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make changes to prices, sell out items, and correct any typing or factual errors. Product images may differ from reality depending on color reproduction and lighting conditions.
Collectible products: Natural variations such as printing differences, centering deviations, manufacturing lines, whitening or similar are not considered defects and are therefore not grounds for complaint.
3. Ordering and order confirmation
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Always check the order confirmation and contact us if anything is incorrect.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are binding. If you cancel a pre-order, you will be given low priority and placed at the end of the queue for future pre-orders. Repeated cancellations may result in future pre-orders being refused.
Pre-order cancellation: If a customer cancels a pre-order before the item has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 99 SEK to cover our handling costs.
Misuse of pre-orders: If a customer repeatedly cancels or abuses the right of return in connection with pre-ordered goods, we reserve the right to cancel new orders and refuse future purchases.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
According to the Distance Selling Act (2005:59), you have a 14-day right of return from the day you received the goods. The right of return only applies if the goods are in their original, unopened packaging, unused and undamaged. Goods where the seal has been broken are not covered by the right of return.
For returns, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer return shipping labels at cost price (from 69 SEK within Sweden). Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipping yourself.
For packages not collected or packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, a fee of 179 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs. In these cases, the order will be automatically cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded, less the fee.
6. Complaint
The right to make a complaint applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act, but with the following limitations:

Collectible cards and figurines: These products are sold in factory-sealed packaging. Natural variations in printing, centering deviations, manufacturing lines, whitening, color shifts, surface damage from production, or other factory-related characteristics are not considered defects and are therefore not covered by the right of complaint.

A complaint can only be made if you received the wrong product compared to your order, or if the goods were damaged during transport to an extent that affects the product itself (not just the packaging).

Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.
7. Delivery and freight
We collaborate with PostNord and DHL.

Delivery time: Normally 1–5 business days. For made-to-order items 5–14 business days. Pre-orders may vary.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping within Sweden 79 SEK. Free shipping within Sweden applies to orders over 1500 SEK .

International deliveries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and any delays in the recipient country.
8. Payment
Payments are handled via Klarna, credit card, or PayPal. When paying via Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions apply. Disputes regarding Klarna invoices are settled directly with Klarna.
Invoices and receipts will always show which of our companies is the contracting party for your order.
9. Customer's responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct name, delivery address, telephone number and email address when ordering.

If packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, a return fee + new shipping fee will be charged.

You are responsible for checking your order confirmation immediately after purchase.
10. Campaigns and Restrictions
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may end without notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of items per customer to prevent scalping.
11. Right to refuse purchase
We reserve the right to refuse purchases or cancel orders without giving a specific reason. This applies in particular to suspected fraud, insolvency, repeated unjustified returns, unclaimed packages, suspected scalping, violations of our terms and conditions, or other misuse.
Inappropriate customer behavior: We also reserve the right to refuse purchases or cancel an order in the event of grossly inappropriate behavior, such as threats, harassment, or rude treatment towards our staff.
In the event of a cancelled order, any payments will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy, less any fees as per these terms and conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are complete. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, changes in collector's value, or damage caused by misuse.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
14. Personal Data
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). Data is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfill orders.
Customers can request to have their information deleted or changed by contacting us. Invoices and related information are stored for at least two years as required by law.
15. Disputes and Applicable Law
Disputes are first dealt with by the General Complaints Board (ARN) and, secondly, by a Swedish court. Swedish law applies to all purchases.
