Terms and Conditions for www.aquitaz.se

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply between Veritaz Alpha AB (org.nr. 559405-4552), AQTZ AB (org.nr. 559527-8598) or WIESHOP LIMITED (Company number 13812396) – depending on which company handles your order – and you as a customer.

  • Veritaz Alpha AB is mainly used for B2C (consumer purchases) within Sweden and the EU.

  • AQTZ AB is mainly used for B2B (business customers) within Sweden and the EU.

  • WIESHOP LIMITED is used for international events and customers outside the EU.

By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with the company specified on your order confirmation.

These terms only apply to consumers when the purchase is made via Veritaz Alpha AB. To purchase as a consumer, you must be over 18 years of age, or have parental consent if you are under 18 and not under guardianship.

Please note: Our products (collectible cards, collectible figures, etc.) are collector's items intended for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 years of age. The products are not CE-marked as toys.

2. Prices and product information

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right for any price changes, final sales, typographical errors, and factual errors. Product images may differ from reality depending on color reproduction and lighting conditions.

Collectible products: Natural variations such as printing differences, centering deviations, manufacturing lines, whitening or similar are not considered defects and are therefore not grounds for complaint.

3. Order and order confirmation

After completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Always check the order confirmation and contact us if anything is incorrect.

4. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are binding. If you cancel a pre-order, you will be deprioritized and placed at the back of the queue for future pre-orders. Repeated cancellations may lead to future pre-orders being denied.

Cancellation of pre-order: If a customer cancels a pre-order before the item has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of SEK 99 to cover our handling costs.

Misuse of pre-orders: If a customer repeatedly cancels or misuses the right of withdrawal in connection with pre-ordered items, we reserve the right to cancel new orders and deny future purchases.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in its unbroken original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition. Items with broken seals are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

In case of return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. We offer return shipping labels at cost price (from SEK 69 within Sweden). Alternatively, you can arrange your own return shipping.

For packages not collected or packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information from the customer, a fee of SEK 179 will be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs. In such cases, the order will be automatically canceled and the purchase amount refunded, minus the fee.

6. Complaints

The right to complain applies according to the Consumer Purchases Act, but with the following limitations:

  • Collectibles and collectible figures: These products are sold in factory-sealed condition. Natural variations in printing, centering deviations, manufacturing lines, whitening, color shifts, surface damage from production, or other factory-related characteristics are not considered defects and are therefore not covered by the right to complain.

  • A complaint can only be made if you have received the wrong product compared to your order, or if the item is damaged during transport to an extent that affects the product itself (not just the packaging).

  • Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. Delivery and shipping

We collaborate with PostNord and DHL.

  • Delivery time: Normally 1–5 working days. For made-to-order items 5–14 working days. Pre-orders may vary.

  • Shipping cost: Standard shipping within Sweden SEK 79. Free shipping within Sweden applies to orders over SEK 1500.

  • International deliveries: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and any delays in the receiving country.

8. Payment

Payments are handled via Klarna, card payment, or PayPal. For payments via Klarna, Klarna's own terms and conditions apply. Disputes regarding Klarna invoices are settled directly with Klarna.

Invoices and receipts will always show which of our companies is the contractual party for your order.

9. Customer responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing the correct name, delivery address, phone number, and email address when ordering.

  • If packages are returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, a return fee + new shipping will be charged.

  • You are responsible for checking your order confirmation immediately after purchase.

10. Campaigns and limitations

Discounts and campaigns cannot be combined with other offers and may be terminated without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of units of an item per customer to prevent unreasonable purchases (scalping).

Discount codes may only be used according to the terms specified in connection with the offer.

Codes distributed individually, for example as compensation or via direct communication, are personal and may not be shared or used by other customers.

A discount code is considered misused if it is used outside its intended target audience, distribution channel, or purpose.

Aquitaz reserves the right to cancel orders where discount codes have been used incorrectly, misused, or in violation of these terms.

In case of suspected misuse, purchases may be denied and future orders limited.

11. Right to refuse purchase

We reserve the right to refuse purchases, limit quantities, or cancel an order in whole or in part, without prior notice, if deemed necessary.

This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to:
- suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
- non-payment or delayed payment
- technical errors, price errors, or incorrect stock balance
- limited allocation or inability to deliver, including pre-orders
- repeated unjustified returns or uncollected shipments
- suspected resale for speculative purposes
- breach of these terms or other improper use of the service

Inappropriate behavior:

We reserve the right to refuse purchases or cancel an order in the event of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to threats, harassment, abusive communication, or the spread of misleading or harmful information about our business.

This applies regardless of whether the behavior occurs via email, customer service, our website, Discord, social media, or other communication channels where the customer interacts with us or otherwise directs communication towards us in their capacity as a customer.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent exclusion from future purchases.

In the event of a canceled order, any payments will be refunded in accordance with our refund procedures and applicable legislation.

12. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are complete. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of profit, changes in collectible value, or damages caused by improper use.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or impediments caused by events beyond our control, e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or transport disruptions.

14. Personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR). Data is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to fulfill orders.

Customers can request to have their information deleted or amended by contacting us. Invoices and related information are saved for at least two years as required by law.

15. Disputes and applicable law

Disputes will primarily be tried by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and secondarily by a Swedish court. Swedish law applies to all purchases.
