1. General
These general conditions apply between Veritaz Alpha AB, org. no. 559405-4552, and you who place an order via our website www.aquitaz.se . By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with Veritaz Alpha AB. These terms apply to consumers only and cover all purchases made through our website.
To shop with us, you must be over 18, or have a guardian's permission if you are under 18 and not under guardianship.
2. Prices and Product Information
All prices and fees are stated inclusive of VAT. Veritaz Alpha AB reserves itself for any price changes, final sales and factual errors that may appear on our website or in our advertisements. We also reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. Please note that product images on our website may differ slightly from the product's actual appearance depending on color reproduction on different devices and lighting conditions.
3. Order and Order Confirmation
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@aquitaz.se to ensure that your order has been received and processed.
4. Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without having to state any reason. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by email to info@aquitaz.se . Please include your name, address, order number and other relevant information in your message.
The right of withdrawal means that you as a customer may examine the product but not break the seal or open the product in any other way. If this happens, the right to cancel the purchase expires. Returned goods must therefore be in unbroken packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. Goods that have been opened or where the sealing has been removed are not replaced.
Return the item in original packaging and in unaltered condition. You as the customer are responsible for the return costs and are responsible for the product being well packaged. In case of right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid, including delivery costs, but we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value if the item has been handled more than necessary. The refund takes place no later than 14 days from when we received your notice of right of withdrawal and the item to be returned.
5. Complaints and Returns
5.1 Complaint
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to your order, you must complain about this within 14 days of receiving the product. The complaint is made by contacting our customer service at info@aquitaz.se before you return the item. We recommend that you examine the item carefully when you receive it and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or delivery point.
The right of complaint covers goods with functional, material and manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Purchase Act. If a fault occurs within three years from the date of purchase, we will rectify it to the extent possible. If the item is no longer in our range, we can offer an equivalent item or another solution as agreed.
5.2 Return
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping slip and instructions. Goods that are returned must always be sent in the original packaging or an equivalent packaging that is suitable for transport. Always state your order number when returning. We do not redeem goods that are sent against cash on delivery or that entail extra costs for Veritaz Alpha AB.
In the event of an approved return or complaint, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and instructions on how to proceed. We reserve the right not to be able to handle returned goods that entail extra costs or are insufficiently packed.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Delivery time may vary depending on factors such as distance, stock status and choice of shipping option. In case of pre-orders or if the item is not in our main warehouse, the delivery time may be affected. If delivery delays occur, we will inform you and continue to monitor your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 999. For letters and parcels that are not collected, we charge a fee that covers our own costs and an additional fee for a new delivery.
6.2 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items added to the cart. Standard shipping cost is SEK 69. You can find more information about our shipping options and costs on our website.
7. Prices, Fees and Payment
When ordering, the prices specified on our website apply and are always in Swedish kronor including VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees if there are changes in our delivery costs or in other circumstances.
8. General Guidelines
We follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board ( www.arn.se ) and the Consumer Purchase Act to ensure fairness and transparency in our handling of complaints, returns and right of withdrawal.
