General These general terms and conditions apply between Veritaz Alpha AB, org.nr. 559405-4552, and you who place an order via our website www .aquitaz .se . By placing an order you enter into an agreement with Veritaz Alpha AB. These terms and conditions apply only to consumers and cover all purchases made via our website. To shop with us you must be over 18 years of age, or have the permission of a guardian if you are under 18 years of age and not under guardianship.

Prices and Product Information All prices and fees are inclusive of VAT. Veritaz Alpha AB reserves the right to make any price changes, final sales and factual errors that may occur on our website or in our advertisements. We also reserve the right to change prices and terms and conditions without prior notice. Please note that product images on our website may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product depending on color reproduction on different devices and lighting conditions.

Order and Order Confirmation After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@aquitaz.se to ensure that your order has been received and processed.

Right of withdrawal According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without having to give any reason. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by email to info@aquitaz.se . The right of withdrawal means that you as a customer may examine the product but not break the seal or open the goods in any other way. If this happens, the right to cancel the purchase lapses. Returned goods must therefore be in unbroken packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. Goods that have been opened or where the seal has been removed will not be replaced.

Complaints and Returns
5.1 Complaints
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to your order, you must make a complaint within 14 days of receiving the product. The complaint is made by contacting our customer service at info @aquitaz .se before returning the product. We recommend that you examine the product carefully when you receive it and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or delivery point. The right of complaint covers products with functional, material and manufacturing defects according to the Consumer Purchase Act. If a defect occurs within three years from the date of purchase, we will remedy it to the extent possible. If the product is no longer in our range, we can offer an equivalent product or another solution as agreed.
5.2 Return
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping label and instructions. Returned items must always be sent in the original packaging or equivalent packaging suitable for transport. Always state your order number when returning. We do not accept items that are sent cash on delivery or that incur additional costs for Veritaz Alpha AB. If the return or complaint is approved, you will receive a confirmation via email and instructions on how to proceed. -
Delivery and Shipping We collaborate with PostNord and DHL and offer deliveries within Sweden and abroad.
Delivery times:
Our normal delivery times are 1–5 business days. For made-to-order items (items not in stock), the delivery time is 5–8 business days. For pre-orders, the delivery time may vary, and we will inform you of any delays.
Shipping costs:
Standard shipping within Sweden costs 79 SEK. Free shipping is offered for orders over 1337 SEK within Sweden. For orders outside Sweden, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout and is calculated based on weight, size and destination.
Customs and Import Duties: For deliveries outside of Europe, customs duties and other import taxes may be levied by the customs authorities in the recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We recommend that you check with the customs authorities in your country for information on any fees.
Unclaimed packages:
For packages that are not picked up, a fee will be charged to cover return handling and administrative costs. All shipping costs and information are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment When paying via Klarna, Klarna controls the invoice and payments. If you choose to dispute an invoice with Klarna, we will cancel the purchase immediately. For pre-orders, Klarna can send the invoice before the product is released. We offer several payment options via Klarna, such as Klarna Invoice, Klarna Account and Klarna Direct Payment. Please note that for these options, Klarna controls all invoices and payments. When ordering, you as a customer are responsible for following Klarna's payment terms.

Privacy Policy You can choose to create a customer account at www .aquitaz .se . When registering, a username and password are created according to your wishes. In connection with this, your name, delivery address and telephone number are registered. This information is stored with us to facilitate future purchases and to avoid you having to fill in the same information every time. All personal data collected through the website or via email is stored securely and protected. The data is never shared with third parties or used in an improper manner.
Customers can request to have their information deleted or amended by contacting us at info@aquitaz.se . However, a copy of invoices and related information may be retained for at least two years as required by law and longer if necessary to fulfill the customer's request.
Payments are handled by certified third parties, and we do not have direct access to your card details.

Purchase of goods
On our website you can place an order for products from our range. When you place an order, an automatic confirmation will be sent stating which products you have ordered. This confirmation is not a binding order confirmation, but a confirmation of receipt. We reserve the right to cancel or change an order if the item is not available. Payments for items that cannot be delivered will of course be refunded. -
Prices and VAT
All prices listed on our website include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice and are valid while stocks last. Products offered at discounted prices are subject to restrictions and promotions may end without notice. -
Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. We accept most major cards, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. When paying by bank transfer, the payment should be made to the specified bank account and marked with the order number so that we can identify the payment. -
Delivery and shipping
We offer shipping via PostNord, DHL or other carriers. Shipping costs are additional and are stated before payment is made. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, but we strive to deliver within 1-10 business days. If a delivery address is incorrect or if the package is returned to us due to customer actions, we will charge the customer for the return shipping. -
Limitation of liability
We strive to provide as accurate information as possible about the products, but cannot guarantee that product images or descriptions are always completely accurate. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to improper use of our products or services. -
