Terms and Conditions for the Influencer Program – Aquitaz

By creating an account, you agree to the following terms and conditions as part of our influencer program.

1. Collaboration & Content
Influencers who participate in our program may receive access to exclusive products, discounts or commissions in connection with promotions. All content created in collaboration with Aquitaz must be relevant to the TCG market, including Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana and other collectible card games.

2. Publishing rights
Aquitaz reserves the right to reuse content created by our influencers in our marketing – including but not limited to the website, social media and advertisements.

 3. Approval, Tagging & Quality
Posts or videos produced in collaboration with Aquitaz must be of high quality and in some cases approved before publication. Influencers must always tag our official account (e.g. @aquitaz.se) in their posts. The content must not contain misleading information, competing brands without permission, or material that violates our guidelines.
4. Ethics & Responsibility
As an influencer for Aquitaz, you are expected to act professionally. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if you post content that is illegal, offensive, harmful to our brand, or contrary to our values.

 5. Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a guardian to participate in the influencer program.

6. Time Limit & Ending
The collaboration is not time-bound and can be terminated at any time by either party without notice or claim for compensation.

7. Non-Employment Relationship
This agreement does not constitute any form of employment, assignment or other employment relationship between you and Aquitaz. You act as an independent party.

8. Privacy
If you gain access to non-public information, such as product launches or internal documents, you agree not to disseminate this information without written permission from Aquitaz.

9. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court.

10. Advertising Marking & Marketing Responsibility
You are responsible for clearly marking collaborative posts in accordance with applicable laws, for example with "advertisement" or "collaboration with Aquitaz" when required. This is a requirement under Swedish marketing legislation.

11. Disclaimer for incorrect information
Aquitaz is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the content published by influencers. You as the influencer are responsible for ensuring that information about prices, products and offers is accurate and up-to-date.

12. Prohibition of resale
Products provided within the framework of the influencer program are intended exclusively for content creation and marketing purposes – not for resale. It is strictly prohibited to sell, exchange or redistribute the products, whether unopened or opened (e.g. "rip-and-ship"). In case of violation of this, Aquitaz reserves the right to immediately terminate the cooperation and demand compensation for the market value of the products.
