Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days. During product launches, promotions, holidays, and high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.

Pre-order items are shipped once all items in the order are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Within Sweden

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Within the European Union

Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5-20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Import Duties and Taxes

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Aquitaz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-orders have estimated release dates that may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will generally be shipped once all items are available unless separate shipping has been purchased.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
