Return Policy EU

1. Applicability

This policy applies to consumers with a delivery address within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.

For customers outside the EU/EEA, our General Terms and Conditions (available at aquitaz.se/pages/allmanna-villkor) and the return rules stated therein apply.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Distance Selling Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and its implementations in local law (such as the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

3. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following template, but it is not required:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [Order number] – [Product name(s)], ordered on [Date] and received on [Date]."

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • In unused and undamaged condition
  • Returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notification

5. Exception – Sealed Products (Booster Packs, Blister Packs, Mystery Boxes)

According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

"Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery."

This means that booster packs, blister packs, mystery boxes, and any other sealed collectible products that have had their original seal broken are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Returns will only be accepted if the product remains completely sealed and unopened.

6. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We offer return shipping labels at cost price (from 69 SEK within Sweden). You may also arrange your own return shipping.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

8. Non-returnable Items

In addition to opened booster packs, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "REA/Outlet"
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Single cards (grading is subjective – condition is as described)

10. Governing Law

For EU/EEA customers, your right of withdrawal is governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive and the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
