ACE Grading Basic – Professional card grading in Sweden

Grade your Pokémon cards, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering and other trading cards with ACE Grading Basic via Aquitaz. We help you with the entire process, from registration and receipt to professional grading at ACE Grading and the return of your graded cards.

This includes

• Encapsulation in a protective ACE Grading slab.

• Handling and transport from Aquitaz to ACE Grading.

• Return handling after grading is complete.

Processing time – 45 business days

Estimated processing time: 45 business days.

We normally send cards to ACE Grading on the 5th of every month. The processing time is calculated from the planned submission date of the month, provided that your cards have arrived at us on time.

Transit times to and from ACE Grading are additional. Cards that arrive after the month's submission are normally sent with the next shipment. Stated times are preliminary.

How ACE Grading works at Aquitaz

1. Order: Choose how many cards you want to grade and complete your order.

2. Register: Register your cards here or via the link in your confirmation email. Registration must be completed before you send the cards.

3. Prepare: Pack your cards securely for transport. Read our packing guide for instructions.

4. Send: Send your cards directly to the Aquitaz store in Värnamo with home delivery or business delivery. We do not accept deliveries to pick-up points or parcel lockers.

5. Grading and return: We handle the submission to ACE Grading and send back your graded cards according to your order.

Important: Shipments must be delivered directly to our store via home delivery or business delivery. We do not pick up packages from pick-up points or parcel lockers.

Frequently asked questions about ACE Grading

How do I register my cards?

After purchase, you will receive an automatic email with instructions and a link to our registration form. Register your cards before sending them to Aquitaz.

Are my cards insured during transport?

You are responsible for choosing a suitable and, if necessary, insured shipping solution when sending your cards to Aquitaz. We always recommend tracked shipping.

If your cards are lost or damaged during transport, liability depends on which part of the transport it concerns and the circumstances surrounding the incident.

How does return shipping work?

Once grading is complete and your cards have returned to Aquitaz, we will send them back according to the delivery option agreed upon at the time of order. You will receive information when the cards are sent back.

• The customer is responsible for shipping to Aquitaz.

• ACE Grading determines the grading result. A specific grade cannot be guaranteed.
